SHIPPING CHARGES:  Because of the varying weights of the items I sell, shipping charges are EXTREMELY difficult to calculate ahead of time.  I have set up the following shipping rates with Paypal:
     If the Merchandise Total is:
less than $10, shipping charges will be 50% of merchandise total;
from $10-$49.99, shipping charges will be 40% of merchandise total;
from $50-$99.99, shipping charges will be 30% of merchandise total;
from $100-$199.99, shipping charges will be 20% of merchandise total;
over $200, shipping charges will be 15% of merchandise total.
     I do not want to charge anyone unfairly for shipping, so if the shipping charges you pay far exceed the actual cost of shipping the package to you, I will reimburse the extra funds by refund check with the order.  As an example, it can cost $7.15 to send a $16 Richesco iris wall clock by Priority mail, whereas it will only cost $2.00 to mail $16 worth of jewelry by first class mail.
     If you are paying by check or money order (or even by Paypal), you may contact me ahead of time by e-mail and I will give you a true shipping quote.  If using Paypal, I can send you a Paypal payment request with the exact costs for merchandise and shipping.  
     Packages will be mailed by First Class Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS, depending upon the weight of the package.  Packages are normally shipped out within 5 days of receipt of order -- many will ship the next day.  There may be occasion where an item is back-ordered.  If any item will be back-ordered for longer than 2 weeks, I will contact you to see if you want to keep it on back-order.  Those in an extra hurry can request UPS Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Air.  
     FOREIGN ORDERS: Foreign orders are accepted, but you will need to contact me for a shipping quote by Parcel Post Airmail Insured or Surface Insured Mail.  Most airmail shipments (depending upon the country) can be received in as little as 7-10 days after shipment.  Surface mail can take up to six months, so is not advisable, unless you are a very patient human being.

PAYMENT METHODS:
     On-line: I accept payment by using Paypal (US or foreign).  Paypal allows you to use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or bank debit cards.  By clicking on any add-to-cart button, you will automatically be linked to the Paypal shopping cart and Paypal website, which will give you information about the Paypal payment options. 
     By E-Mail & Mail: If you prefer not to use Paypal, you can still use the Paypal shopping buttons and then "cut and paste" your shopping cart order to send to me by e-mail or regular mail.  There is also a printable order blank on this site (see above).  Accepted payment methods are personal check, money order, or cashier's check for US orders.   Foreign customers will need to make payment by postal money order.    Personal checks will have to clear the bank before the order is shipped, and this could add some time to the processing/shipping time.  I am sorry, but I can not accept COD orders.    Oklahoma residents should add 8.5% sales tax.  Please make payment out to Eclectic Garden.
